Brief introduction

My name is Filip, and I’ve been a trainer for about six years. I’m passionate about my job and truly love seeing my coachees evolve and transform their lives. The process of helping others reach their full potential is incredibly rewarding to me.

Having been involved in athletics from a very young age, I have experienced the benefits of exercise firsthand. From basketball to martial arts, CrossFit, weight training, and track and field, I’ve explored various disciplines and learned the importance of dedication, discipline, and consistency in achieving physical and mental growth.

I believe that exercise is not just about improving fitness, but also about improving life. It brings energy, confidence, and resilience. Whether you’re training for performance or simply looking to feel better, the positive effects of regular exercise extend far beyond the gym.
